The Authenticity of Our Designs.
-All of the designs presented on SanMiguelCollection.com are artisan crafted by hand at our studios in Central Mexico. (No 2 pieces will ever be exactly the same). This is an integral aspect of our company, that we and our artisans take pride in offering.
-No Refunds will be given on shipped orders containing items that have slight or subtle differences to the item represented (or parent item) on website.
-Custom finishes & Custom sizes are available, contact us for more information. In order to create Custom designs lead times or ship dates may be longer than normal.
Our Detailed and Professional Packing and Handling Process
-Orders that are handled and packed at our warehouse not only meet, but far exceed the guidelines set forth by each carrier (Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, and DHL). It is the carrier’s responsibility to safely transport your shipment, from our location to your door. Considering the type of packing (bubble wrap, foam padding, double corrugated boxes) and the specific procedure that we follow to safely pack all orders there is no reason for any shipment to arrive with damage. Outside of extreme negligence and / or very poor handing on carrier’s behalf, we have an excellent record for orders being safely delivered at their destination. Please follow receiving instructions, listed below .
-All orders are professionally packed by hand with the utmost care and attention to detail. For several years we have worked to make our packaging facility sustainable. Currently all orders are packed with clean and safe recycled materials, 80% to 90% of our packing materials (carton boxes, bubble wrap, foam wrap and Styrofoam) are salvaged from local recycling yards. We partner with several local Las Vegas facilities to ensure that any clean and reusable packing materials do not end up in the landfill.
Receiving Protocol / Standard Receiving Instructions for all orders.
-Upon receiving and gently unpacking your order. Do not discard packing materials until all pieces on order are accounted for.
-In the unfortunate case of damage during transportation, we are happy to assist in immediately filing a claim, however successfully submit and process a claim the following will be required (original box, shipping label, and packaging materials). This is a mandatory requirement of all Small Parcel and LTL freight carriers.
-Keep in mind while unpacking your order that the item is most likely very fragile and the maybe multiple pieces packed separately. Proceed unpacking your item(s) with patience and care.
-San Miguel Trading is not responsible for any issues, damage after order has been received.
-Our preferred small parcel carries are- Fed Ex and United States Postal Service (USPS)
The Process: After Your Order Has Been Placed.
-Immediately after placing your order you will receive an automated response with receipt of order and details.
-Standard Lead Time or Shipping Turn Around for in-stock Orders is 1 business day. If an order needs to be overnighted or sent by express please note in comments section during checkout or contact by email or phone immediately after placing order.
-In the case that we are out of stock of the item(s) you have order we will contact you immediately with estimated lead or wait time.
-After receiving your order at our warehouse we will begin preparing and packing the item for shipping. As soon as the order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will include receiving instructions, tracking number and a URL link to the preferred carrier’s website.
-It is the purchasers responsibility to make sure (or notify the recipient) to review receiving instructions.
-If there are any special instructions please enter the details in the “Special Instructions” field during check out process or simply contact us.
